How do I order the product?
Call or email our office and we will give you a proposal based
on the size of your fireplace, surround style, any customizing,
crating and shipping to your job site. Installation is available
at an additional cost.
What is the lead
time on custom orders?
Custom orders can take up to 12 months. As each custom order
is hand carved to your specifications, the length of time from
placing the order, designing, stone availability, and shipping
times are all major factors from order placement to delivery
at our warehouse. If time is of importance, you may want to
check what we have in stock, or inquire as to when our next
shipment is due to arrive.
Is there a delivery
charge?
There is a crating charge of $200.00 per crate. Delivery and
Freight costs vary according to location and the weight of the
product chosen. |
